All Rights are Reserved by Artist and Brand in Collaboration. All of Artist’s work is original and she shares copyrights to commissioned work with brands and clients who have hired her. Therefore there is no recreation or repainting of Artist’s work allowed without written permission. Similarly, anyone other than Artist may not resell her work unless it is stated so in a commission contract. If someone has received written permission from the Artist to recreate her work, they may not sell it for personal or business profit unless it has been legally licensed from Artist. None of Artist’s artworks, murals, or photos shared to her website or social media are to be used to sell any product(s), business(es), brand(s), shows, or for personal profit without obtaining prior written permission or licensing for Artist’s artwork/image for personal or business use. This includes HJ Creations’ publicly accessible murals that are automatically copyrighted by Artists + Brands in collaboration.

Custom Commissions

Hannah Shearer retains the copyright to all works commissioned by Collector that is created by Artist, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. No artwork may be reproduced or altered without the written consent of the Artist. Right of Refusal: In the event that the Collector does not wish to purchase the commissioned artwork, the Collector may refuse. In that case, the Artist will retain the refused artwork and the non-refundable deposit can be used as credit by the Collector to purchase another artwork from the artist’s collection. This is free of any claims or interests of the Collector and the Collector will not owe any additional fees to the Artist.
